Your Children, Your Rights
A new series of briefings, Your Children, Your Rights, written by Rights of Women and published by Action for Prisoners' Families, will inform mothers in prison about their family rights. Briefings have been published on adoption, parental responsibility, what to do when families can't agree, and what to do when social services are involved. Go to our publications page to download copies. The briefings have been circulated to all women's prisons in England and Wales and will be distributed to mothers in prison by prison staff, practitioners, legal representatives and voluntary sector agencies.Latest news articles:
